Instructions:
You will need to thoroughly wash your hands prior to using. You will need to use the alcohol pads provided and thoroughly wipe the stomach/abdomen area (I will do a small video showing how) two inches away from your navel/belly button. You will be injecting yourself with the disposable syringe(s) provided. You will take the syringe (insulin needle) and insert into the vial provide and fill until you get to the 25 mark. Make sure there are absolutely no air bubbles in the syringe. Fill slow and steady. Grab the fat, remember 2 inches away from the belly button. Insert the needle and slowly disperse the serum. Remove the needle when done and properly dispose of the needle so you or no one else hurt themselves. Rub the area for about 30 seconds.
Remember CLEAN HANDS.
You will need to drink plenty of water for the next 72 hours. Compress with the garment provided or some sort of garment if you have another you prefer.

In between your sessions, dry brush your stomach area to stimulate your lymphatic system which will help your body expel the fat . You may dry brush and apply some of the serum topically. If you apply topically as well this will lessen the 30 day supply. The 30 day supply is based on injecting yourself twice a week.
