Our Return Policy

The Small Print

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return on damaged products ONLY.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at shop@withquel.com. If your return is accepted, Shop with Quel will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on digital downloads, transfers, clearance, as-is items, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping and Delivery

How We Do It

By shopping with Quel ("we" and "us") is the operator of with-quel.myshopify.com, withquel.com, www.etsy.com/shop/babybasicswithquel ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

  1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

  1. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

  1. Returns & Exchanges

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

Shop With Quel will happily accept returns due to damaged products as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging.

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. (Shop With Quel) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Shop With Quel will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping; however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Shop With Quel to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days 

4.2 Transit time Internationally 

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 30 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time/Turn Around Time (TAT)

Orders are usually dispatched within 3-4 business days of payment of order.

Special Order items can take up to 7-10 business day depending on quantities requested.

Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

Shop With Quel will NOT ship to P.O. box addresses using postal. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We can ship to military addresses.  You must have all applicable shipping information for any base the package is going to.

4.7 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.  Shipping times for military and International packages will take longer than Domestic packages.

  1. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

  1. Parcels Damaged In Transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and Shop With Quel encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Shop With Quel at the customers expense from not paying the duties and taxes, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid that is minus the cost of the return shipping from failure to pay duties and taxes. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

  1. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

  1. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

With Quel Terms of Service Spa Treatments 

 

1. Terms

By accessing the website at www.withquel.com you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

 

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on With Quel’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

 

modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on With Quel’s website; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

Refund Policy

I fully understand and agree to treatment of the listed areas and agree to pay With Quel price quoted.

If I have paid the price quoted using a credit program, I acknowledge that I have selected the credit program based on my own evaluation of my options. I have not relied on any recommendation or advice of With Quel or its staff with respect to financing. I understand With Quel has agreements with credit program providers but does not recommend credit products to customers

Once a deposit of $500-$1000 is placed on packages for body contour treatment, detox therapy or other With Quel treatments you are under agreement to execute package. There are no refunds for deposit.

I clearly understand that my payment is for the procedure(s) performed during the term of the agreement and not for any specific result. NO RESULT IS GUARANTEED. I understand that results will vary.

Additional treatments may be obtained at an additional price.

 

Any and all medical cosmetic injections which are administered are not refundable. Every client will utilize the Botox differently. The risk of ptosis, raised muscle, lower muscle, swelling, redness or vascular occlusion has been explained prior to treatment. Allergic reaction will be treated, and any event of an allergic reaction or adverse reaction is a risk with every client Experiencing such an event will not constitute a refund of the completed treatment.

Client agrees to the injection treatment knowing the risk and has realistic expectations of the results and risk. Medications are administered as approved and ordered by the facility medical provider. Needles have a great risk of causing trauma and bruising along with swelling, redness and tenderness.  These reactions are expected and normal with aesthetic injectables. Aesthetic medications are administered by a N.M.D provider and include on-label and off-label treatment areas based on the client’s desire and need as ordered.

Refund, Cancellation and Transfer Credit policy

THIS POLICY WILL BE VOIDED IF YOU TRANSFER SERVICES TO ANOTHER FRIEND OR FAMILY.

Body Contour Services

Services were rendered and no refund will apply after services were rendered.

Future Laser Services

Your payment is based on purchasing number of treatments. Refund is based on unused treatments not based on unused time. No refund allowed on any services completed. (e.g. Laser Hair Removal Series) – Your payment is based on purchasing 6 treatments. NOT 2 yrs. In the 2-year appearance plan phase (after your 6th treatment), we reserve the right when to treat you and how many times to treat you. If you receive 6 treatments, no refund is due. All refund prorating will be based on unused treatments. There is no prorating for time. e.g. If you purchased a package of 6 and received only 4 treatments in 8 months and request a refund. You have 2 unused treatments and 16 months left before your 2-year appearance plan expires. A prorated refund (see below) will be given for 2 unused treatments, NOT based on remaining 16 months.

If you want to cancel services and want refund –

You WILL BE charged FULL PRICE PER TREATMENT of the procedure (i.e. body contour abdomen treatment is $500/treatment regular price. The price per treatment of the procedure you purchased is on your receipt or invoice. All discounts (e.g. monthly specials) and credits issued when you bought the service will be lost. Service will be prorated using price per treatment listed on your receipt. If you earned friends and family credit – this will be LOST if you cancel/break this agreement.

If you want to cancel services and don’t want a refund but want to transfer credit to another package –

You will NOT be charged FULL PRICE per treatment of the procedure to calculate prorated balance. You will be charged the price per treatment based on your package. The balance will be used towards a new package. You will be eligible for the month’s special etc. If this results in you owing money, you can pay the difference and start the new package. If this results in us owing you money, this will be kept as credit for future use. (Credit expires 90 days from new purchase).

 

If you don’t see results even after 2 years of treatments for Laser Hair Removal –NO REFUND is due. You can buy a new package at 2-year appearance plan (maintenance) price.

If you are burned or have another adverse event –NO REFUND is due. This is part of the risk of the procedure and was explained to you when you signed the contract. Our goal is to eliminate/minimize the risk of burn or any other adverse event, but we want to be upfront with you so you can make a well-informed educated decision.

Other Fees –

No Show Fee – $75. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or communicate to reschedule within 24 hours of appointment.

Cancellation Fee -$75. If you cancel appointment without giving us a 24hr notice

Shaving Fee -$25. If you come in without shaving (exception – first treatment or unless we asked you not to shave)
